When you purchase your safety eyewear from us, you can do so with confidence knowing that you are making the same choice that safety professionals at companies across North America have made for themselves and their workers.

All of the prescription and non-prescription eyewear that we sell is custom made to meet the ANSI Z87.1 standard for industrial safety glasses. We don’t carry every frame from every manufacturer. We carefully narrowed down our selection based on data from our industrial customers and only want to provide glasses that work!

We provide the capability to see what the glasses look like on your face during the purchase process. For progressive or multifocal wearers, we actually require this to be done as it allows us to measure the placement of your bifocal. We do ask that you include your PD on our ecommerce site to help us with the fitting process, but this is not required for our kiosk users at factories across the country.

Every pair of glasses is custom made to your specifications, and delivery time varies a bit based on your prescription. Glasses are shipped via First Class package with tracking provided to you upon shipment. You should expect your custom-made eyewear within 10 days.

Not all safety glasses need to have side-shields. Some styles are built in such a way that protection from side impact is built into the design. If you select a frame that uses side-shields, we will include 1 pair of removable ones at no charge.

When Ultra Hard Coating or Anti-Fog coating is purchased, the lenses have a one-year warranty. If the lenses become scratched within one year of purchase, a customer can return them one time to have the lenses replaced.

Eyelation will not process an order with an expired prescription, nor do we allow users to designate their prescription. We need a signed prescription from your doctor which can be easily uploaded during the purchase process. In the event that no expiration date was given on the prescription, the limit is 2 years from the date of exam.

All prescription safety eyewear sold by Eyelation is made to meet the ANSI Z87.1 standard for eye protection.

All sales on Eyelation.com are processed in US dollars. We are currently able to ship to Canada. Corporate customers are able to sign up in a variety of regions around the world, and operate on a separate platform. It should be noted that safety requirements for eyewear vary based on country. Eyelation follows the standard of each nation to which we ship eyewear.

Safety Shoe Program

All safety shoes have a 30-day return policy.  If the person does not like them for any reason, they can exchange or return them for a full refund. If the shoes show wear & tear, a refund will not be issued.  Eyelation Customer Service can be contacted by calling 1-888-308-4703 or by emailing questions@eyelation.com for a free return. 

Eyelation customizes the shoe selection based on the company’s requirements. Eyelation’s system is capable of customizing the selection for employees based on departments. This ensures every employee will only be able to select shoes that fit their needs, ensuring they are in compliance with safety regulations.

Measurements are not taken at the kiosk because people are more aware of their shoe size, whereas they typically don’t know their eyeglasses prescription or frame size. If an employee orders the wrong size, they can easily exchange the pair for a different size by contacting Customer Service.

Eyelation Safety Shoe Program allows customization by brand and style, specifically for your companies safety needs. Shoe brands and styles will vary.  Currently Eyelation has over 1750 styles of shoes with  over 75 brands. 

Employees can pay any balance on their order during checkout right at the kiosk with a credit card, debit card, or payroll deduction, if the company offers it.

Orders are processed, and ship in 2-3 business days.  Tracking numbers are emailed to employees.

Companies can choose whether they want the shoes to be shipped to the program administrator at the site or to the employee’s home address.  If the company prefers the home address, the employees enter their address at checkout.

Eyelation designed each module to be able to handle individual benefits.  The eligibility dates and benefit amounts will be based on each product, whether it is eyewear or shoes.  When employees are at the kiosk, they will see their benefit availability for each product listed separately.  

No. Eyelation has designed the program in a modular fashion, so each product has its own module for ordering.  Employees can order safety glasses and safety shoes in the same session, or they can order them individually when it is convenient for them.   After logging in the kiosk, employees select which product they want to order.  At the end of the order, employees can easily proceed to check out or select another product to order.
